
How do I change the recipe in the oven cleaning convection oven?
My recipe says to do – Potatoes Fleming-Marc Trottier / Fleming 's Restaurant – Spray sides and bottom of a 2-inch deep pan cover. Place the potato mixture into the pan and evenly distribute potatoes and salsa. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and foil. Bake at 350 degrees Fan convection oven under an hour. Remove paper and bake in oven and wrap in 14 minutes or until color How can I convert this? (I know you can not use a plastic film or) I appreciate all that culinary leaders / Student input!
1.) As mentioned in one reply,,, convection heat is hotter than the non-standard,,, 350 degrees is 350 degrees, if a fan in question or not! 2.) Everything a convection oven does not blow the heat around, making the heat more evenly and forcing it into the product that cooking,,,, in turn, faster cooking. By making the standard convection ovens,,, try to add the time to cook 10-15 minutes. Increase oven temperature can cause uneven cooking and burning the outside before the center reaches the proper temperature.
