What happened to the OL "good" days "when a Halloween costume was your Dad's old shirt and cap and a burnt cork beard? Kids Costumes need not be complicated cute!

Each of these quick and easy costumes starts with a few simple materials like hooded sweatshirts pants sports, cardboard, craft foam, felt, face painting, and a little imagination.

Pirate - Black sweats, white shirt, belt and red scarf, a sword of paper and paperboard coated d ', parrot beanie baby, stubbly face made with burnt cork or snuff cheeks sprinkled on vaseline covered with

Kid hit by lightning - Gray sweats with yellow felt zigzag pinned to the back, black tears zig-zag here and there in a suit, gelled hair standing up, burns on cheeks

Wrapped Present - Cover a large box with colored wrapping paper. Make a hole at the bottom and invest in small child's head. Add lots of game tapes in the child's hair.

Pair of dice - two boxes of paint large white and add black dots on each side to represent a pair of dice. Hole cut in the bottom and back over the heads of children. You need one to a friend!

Popcorn Box - Cover a large box with white paper. Add wide red stripes with markers or colored paper. Make a hole for the head the child. Hot glue some popcorn to the top of the box. Wear socks that are red or white slacks.

Placard Costumes – Another quick and easy idea for kid costumes is a disguise of "closet" in which the child wears a hooded sweatshirt and pulls front panel board and rear (the
cabinet) on it. The shape of the plate (scoreboard works fine) as needed for the costume desired, and the design with markers or felt. These costumes can be adapted to many different topics, such as:

Ladybug

M & M (two kids of different heights can be "ordinary"
and "peanut free"!)

Football, basketball or baseball

Apple or pumpkin

Card Game

Favorite Book

Sunflower – Yellow Sweat Suit. Face foam craft flower petals end to end staples of a wide ribbon and tie around the child to flourish. Paint the face reddish brown spots black. Make a couple of bright green leaves from craft foam and pin side by side in front sweatshirt.

Bunch of Grapes – Start with sweat purple. Blow up several purple balloons to the same size and attach to your tracksuit with small pins. Complete the look with a solid green cap with a pair of green felt leaves attached.

Bag of trash – Make two leg holes is a trash bag large. They have no children in the bag, then add balls of crumpled newspaper to hold a round shape. Make two armholes in each side and secure around the neck.

Little Old Lady – An old house dress with torn stockings and slippers. Curlers in the hair or white wig. Glasses, dark pocket of the teeth, to the first.

Travel – Hawaiian shirt or other high-clothes, camera, hat with pins all over the maps that come out of pockets, sunglasses.

Pencil – Tracksuit your chosen color pencil. The design of the envelope of a pencil on cardboard, felt or craft foam and spray or PIN in the tracksuit. Add potted plant of the same color for a hat or use a wide range of Poster Board, cut the edge to the center and make a pointed hat.
Secure under child's chin with a wide rubber band attached to his hat.

Static Cling - Start with sweat your choice, pin on clothing, like small socks, hats, gloves and underwear with a dryer sheet a few.

Cow, Pig, Kitty, Doggy – Hooded Sweat Suit in the appropriate color (white cow, pink pig, brown dog). Decorate with felt remnants of stains, ears, tails, etc.

Backwards Costume - Put clothes and hat backwards sunglasses in the back of the head, say "Trick or Treat!"

Mummy - Tear a white sheet into strips. White face paint and hair Spray with white paint. Smear black under the eyes. Wrap child dressed in white long underwear with sheet strips, securing with clear medical tape, leaving the eyes and mouth open.

Angel – tracksuit with white tulle wings spread on racks in shape. Brilliant headband made from wire circle Cover with foil and colored curling ribbon. Wand made from thin ankle with cardboard star attached to one end, painted silver or gold with glitter and go tape said.

Clown - tracksuit with colorful felt or fabric paint polka dots .. Clown collar felt triangles together in the circle to surround the child's neck. Colored clown wig, nose and eyes of great size. Facepaint simple blue crosses on the eyes, red cheeks and large red mouth.

Cook - white tracksuit, hat, Head of the big wooden spoon, cookbook under the arm, curly mustache drawn in face paint.

Nerd – Too small pants, shirt buttoned up wrong, pocket protector, hair slicked back, old pair of glasses with tape, white socks, books large text to carry under his arm.
