White Chef Coats
What is the best way to clean kitchen jackets?

We recently had to start cleaning the main work clothes. All are white. I tried my Oxyclean and chlorine in normal wash, but it seems this does not work as well as it should. someone help me to make suggestions, or other "miracle" products out there that can buy.

Oh! go to the store and in your driveway Laundry is something in a box (colored dot teal) called 20 Mule Team Borax, I know that Wal-Mart sells and what, Kroger, if a relative you. A ball of this material will be taken this white dress in any time. Cleans very well, used to work in a restaurant and this is used to help the cooks in white. Also excellent for other things very difficult, such as urine cat (which usually just throw everything you urinate), but this kind of thing that comes out, it's surprising how well it works. Now I pulled my borax detergent, but the chef with whom I worked gave me this recipe and told me that works better, then detergent. Mix 1 / 3 bar grated naphtha Fles (found on clothing) corridor soap with a gallon of cold water. Is heated in the fire until it disbanded. Then add 1 / 2 cup borax and 1 / 3 cup of baking soda (also in the laundry aisle). Then pour the mixture into a two gallon bucket. Continue adding hot water until it reaches up to two gallons, stirring. Pour in vacuum cleaning hermetically sealed containers and let stand for 24 hours before use. Shake the bottle well before using. Use 1 / 2 cup per load. (I never took time to mix and test, but he swore by him, and is used instead of detergent in the wash). Hope this helps. Good luck!
