Do you buy your winter coat, a larger size than normal?

I found a winter coat that I want to buy, but can not decide What size is the best, a medium or large. The environment seems to fit "right" and what a great job, obviously a little more. Is it better to buy the most great that I can layer underneath it more easily? Or choose one that fits, but has much extra space? Thank you!

I would just get the right.because to get more or not look, I used to get a retarded.cuz NI size seemed more delayed.
